We begin in meditation 

Bringing awareness and focus to the body. Then to the heart space to receive clarity and direction of what your heart wants you to know. 

2.

I guide you in a breathwork practice 

This is an active breathing practice. I will guide you in a 25 min active breathing practice and then a 10 min integrative resting time.
